Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delta8 Technologies does not offer cancellations & refunds, as all sales are final.

However, Delta8 Technologies may consider cancellation & refund requests subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The request being submitted in writing within day of the service order or project commencement.

  2. The service or product not having been fully delivered, implemented, or utilized by the client.

  3. The request falling under valid reasons as specified in the service agreement, such as a material failure of the technology to perform as per the agreed-upon scope.

  4. Deduction of any non-refundable fees, third-party costs (e.g., licenses, hardware), or charges for work already completed.

  5. Final approval at the sole discretion of Delta8 Technologies' management.
